My Patient Solutions

My Patient Solutions is an online that allows you the flexibility to work with Genentech Access Solutions when it’s convenient for you. There are 2 versions of My Patient Solutions available for practices with patients taking Genentech treatments.

My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices

Practices that prescribe Genentech treatments can use My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices to enroll patients in Genentech Access Solutions or the Genentech Patient Foundation and manage service requests.

My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care

Surgical centers and treatment sites that administer certain Genentech products can use My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care to view and manage patients who have been referred to your practice for treatment.

Please note: You will be able to manage patients enrolled in Genentech Access Solutions. Electronic enrollment and service request initiation are not available with My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care.

How to Register

Account registration can be completed by 1 person for the entire practice and for multiple practice locations.

Step 1 Icon

Go to the My Patient Solutions home screen and select Register Your Account in the top right corner.

Step 3 Icon

Answer a series of questions to help you determine if you are registering for My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices or My Patient Solutions for Sites of Care.

Step 4 Icon

Enter your information:

  • Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to read and agree to the entire Practice Agreement or Sites of Care Agreement
  • Add other users, locations and/or prescribers as needed

You may register for both sites separately and navigate between them once you log in.

Once the practice or treatment site has been registered, each user will receive an email within 2 business days to activate their account and create an individual login. This link will be valid for 30 days.
